Hello! I'm Grace, a 3rd year undergrad student at the University of Waterloo. As I pursue my Bachelor's of Global Business and Digital Arts, I am also working to minor in Peace and Conflict Studies at the University of Waterloo. I have enjoyed working on collaborative design projects for school and for my most recent job at the Carnegie Hall Art Gallery and Visitor Centre in Kingsville, ON.
Goals and Interests
As a business and design student, I have started to explore the intersection of user experience design in spaces such as museums, libraries, and art galleries.
With my growing background in Peace and Conflict Studies at Waterloo, I often wonder how a how a peace-oriented lens can be incorporated in technological spheres. As I ask these questions, I feel guided by academic background in digital privacy policy and design ethics. I am always interested in supplementing my academics with extracurriculars, as I have thoroughly enjoy attending Conrad Grebel University College's PeaceTech club and co-Leading UW's student Edition Magazine.
